Statutory withdrawal right

Where applicable EU consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For deliveries in multiple parts, the legal rules determine when that period begins. Statutory exceptions apply only where their conditions are met.

How to notify us

Send a clear withdrawal statement to support@fumot.com. Include your order number and the relevant items where available. Exercising a statutory withdrawal right does not depend on first requesting a return address.

Return address and procedure

Contact our support team for the applicable return address and practical return instructions. This process does not reduce statutory return periods or other consumer rights. We do not publish a fixed return address on this website.

Refunds and return shipping

Refunds due under applicable law will be made within the legally required period, generally using the original payment method unless another arrangement is validly agreed. Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on pre-contract disclosures and applicable law. We do not promise universal free returns.

Exceptions and defective goods

Any exception for sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons applies only where statutory conditions are satisfied. Opening packaging does not automatically remove every consumer right. Legal remedies for defective or non-conforming goods remain separate from withdrawal.
